Merchant should register on our web or they can communicate with us verbally by Phone. While merchant request submit will be send,admin will be communicate with merchant and discuss with about delivery charge, pick up location etc.

After completing registration approval given by admin of Dhaka Delivery. Com. Then merchant can create order for each parcel.

After create order we will send assign request to our pick up man for pick parcel up. Hence, merchant can inform for pick up request by web, phone & messenger.

After order receiving we will go next process that means attempts to delivery. All process will update by web up to payment.
